ACACIA does not offer refunds. Any online returns are for store credit only and can only be issued for ready-to-wear (clothing) orders only. Swimwear and bodywear is final sale. Please review our return policy prior to placing an order. 


Please be sure to review our policies thoroughly. By visiting ACACIA.CO and/or purchasing from ACACIA constitutes your agreement with said policies. You will be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of our policies please do not use the ACACIA website.


Please review our Shipping Policy before purchasing from the ACACIA website. ACACIA reserves the right to make changes to our site, products, prices, policies, terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is recommended that you review the Terms and Conditions each time you visit the ACACIA website.


ACACIA will not be liable, under any circumstance, for any direct or indirect losses or damages in connection with the use or inability to use this website. This website also contains links to other websites that are not operated by ACACIA. ACACIA has no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility whatsoever for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.     PRICING
     
    • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
    • ACACIA does not offer price adjustments or price matching.
    • Prices do not include duty and tax fees for international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

      PAYMENT OPTIONS
       
      • We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Credit Card, and AfterPay payments.
      • We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank deposits or PayPal.

          SALES TAX
           
          • Sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping in Hawaii.
          VERIFICATION UPON SHIPPING
           
          Please make sure that you are using the same billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. If your information does not match up, your order could be delayed or cancelled.
          When specifying shipping address, please make sure the information is correct, apt. number, zip code, etc or your order will be delayed or cancelled.
          ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS 
          • Once an order is submitted, it can not be modified or cancelled.
          • Multiple orders can not be combined. 
          • Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by the recipient upon delivery.
          SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS Orders are processed between 3-5 business days*. ACACIA will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional information is required for credit verification. *Holiday Season Shipping Terms and Conditions, this includes Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sales*  Please allow 7-10 days for order processing and fulfillment, plus an additional 3-5 business days for delivery once your package is received by USPS.  *To receive orders before 12/24 - orders must be placed before midnight on 12/10 *Note: Orders placed on a Friday after 11am PST and over the weekend will not start being processed until the following Monday. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday. We are closed on all major holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updates. Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient. ACACIA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking.           • FREE - USPS 2-5 Day Signature Confirmation Shipping to the Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska for orders over $200+ 
          • $12 - USPS 2-5 Day Signature Confirmation Shipping for orders under $200
          INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
          • $50-75* - FedEx 3-5 Day Priority International Shipping 
          *Note: If any higher international cost is found to be required at the time of mailing, you will be contacted by email for your approval to add extra cost.  By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time, so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date. ACACIA is not responsible for these additional costs.
